Michael J. Prior to joining IPI, Mr. Feinson founded a consulting business, worked as a performance consultant for Nextel Communications, and helped launch Starbucks Coffee’s East Coast operations.
He is an experienced facilitator of a number of individual and team development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), an assessment that provides insight into personal differences that can be a source of strength and misunderstanding in communication.
