Erin Brophy has been the Project Controls Manager at IACMI since October 2016 and prior to that served as the Operations Manager. Her focus is on taking project proposals, and working with IACMI staff, DOE, and the project teams to get the proposal turned into an active project as quickly as possible. Erin has a strong attention to detail and enjoys working with the project teams to get their great ideas turned into great projects. Prior to coming to IACMI, Erin worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory for 13 years. She worked as an environmental compliance officer, a project manager, and most recently as a team lead for operations at the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS). She has experience managing large projects within ORNL. Erin holds a MS degree in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and also has received her MBA from UTK. She has a Lean Sigma Green belt and has achieved a PMP certification.
