The FLC is run by fellow tech transfer professionals who are nominated and elected to volunteer their time to serve the T2 community. Each year, the FLC membership has the opportunity to select elected officials at the national and regional levels.
This year, the FLC will elect the National positions of Recording Secretary, Finance Officer, and three Members-at-Large. Regional Coordinator and Deputy Regional Coordinator elections will also take place for the Midwest, Far West, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Consortium Representatives whose memberships are registered with the Consortium Recording Secretary are eligible to vote. If you’re not sure whether you’re a registered voting member, our staff can help you find out.
The call for nominations will open on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 and will close on Friday, February 23, 2018. A forum will be available on January 24, 2018.
Voting Begins: 8:00 AM Tuesday, April 24, 2018
Voting Ends: 5:00 PM Wednesday, April 25, 2018
Announcement of Results: Lunch on Thursday, April 26, 2018
Onsite ballots can be picked up at the ballot booth at Philadelphia Loews Hotel. Absentee ballots will be sent out Friday, March 23, 2018 and must be returned by Tuesday, April 17, 2018 to be valid.
